New Mobile App for an existing working Wordpress Plugin plus Coupon Codes

I require the services of a developer who is experienced with custom admin areas for plugins plus is experienced with creating responsive web pages for multiple devices. I have a customisable off the shelf WordPress plugin that works beautifully to produce custom desk top display applications for mobile devices. The key factor is that one can add multiple pages to a slider each of which is uniquely linked to a client/supplier While this is the initial requirement there is potentially a further requirement to generate unique coupons from the input provided to be sent to the applicant in printable format as well as directly to their mobile. The coupon management will be done via both manual checks and QR code assessment.
