Fix some issues on Buddypress Theme

I need some minor work done on a Buddypress theme I'm using. - Allow unregistered member to email/message members. - Hide a few unwanted Buddypress functionalities. - Fix a couple funcionalities on a couple of Buddypress Plugins (Buddypress Media mainly). That's it, pretty simplea and straightforward stuff. I'll explan in detail once you are selected, but please first understand the main chores and that this is core Buddypress files. I expect you to be a Buddypress expert and to be able to hable this flawlessly and in a somewhat fast timeframe. I also expect you to understand what I'm asking after the first mail/chat and begin work fast.
