* Create an Access database which can import data from files (such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) * Create and update records that are tied to the Material Number (heading "Material") * Each record will contain information as shown in [login to view URL] and LogData2.xls. **NOTE**: while these are Excel spreadsheets, it is envisioned that the data will be retained in the Access database ??" with two sources of input: (a) bulk data import from external files (such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL]; or User-input screens.) * Enable generation of 2 kinds of reports: (1) Detail record view (when Queried on Material number or other field); (2) GANTT Chart view of operations taking place (over time) with respect to a particular Material number. **NOTE**: Expect that the GANTT chart feature will be the most complicated. If this can be generated in Excel, that would be excellent, but feel free to take whatever approach seems most efficient. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Access database (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
