Windows Server Administration, Mail setup, IIS, etc...(repost)

Hello, i would like for someone knowledgeable to just setup my server with mail and other server relevant apps i might need. Now i must say this: the server already has most of everything, IIS, even Plesk or whatever the control panel is for windows. It's just that i nmeed to get someone to manage it for me and teach me how to do so as well... Long term relationship possible. Must communicate well. These are the updates. I finally had the server setup from my client. It runs Plesk on Windows. I would once again, learn to use Plesk and adminster this server. there are nothing but plesk, windows server setup. I need to remote desktop connect and install things like Coldfusion, etc... This shouldn't take me too long to learn if someone good shows me, we will need some way of sharing the screen also.
