Project Management, Scheduling and Cost Estimate application (repost)(repost)(repost)

We are looking for a coder/team with solid experience in C#. The application is desktop based (Phase 1) and is using .NET framework 2.0, SQL Server 2005 Express, dedicated 3rd party Gantt and charting controls. It is for an ceramic artist to plan, schedule and cost estimate her projects. A prototype is available to understand the features and a 28 pag. document describing the architecture and specs, parts of which will be made available to selected coders before bidding. There are windows for project description, materials, client records, reports, etc. Some of the requirements are incomplete or unclear, (solution for charting, use of dedicated components, etc) and will not be agreed upon before work starts- I expect the coder to work ~250 hours on this project, making changes without paid change requests, and as long as coder demonstrate that he tried to find a good solution, I will authorise payment. A big advantage is if you are able to use Subversion installed on our server in order to manage the development; A $200 bonus will be paid for that. Also, please mention if you can find a technical writer to work with you and a person for application testing. Please do not bid if you have no history on RAC (unless you are exceptionally qualified). Please do not bid if you cannot work full-time on this project. Good knowledge in SQL Server, .NET, design of graphical intefaces are required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
