Peachtree 2007 Small Business Accounting Set-up Consultation (manufacturing)

Peachtree Manufacturing 2007 Accounting Computer Set Up NEEDED: · An individual to set up the chart of accounts for a small manufacturing company using Peachtree Software Manufacturing Version 2007. · Must have references. General Information: · Currently we are using Dos Version 11 Peachtree Software. · We have purchased and loaded Peachtree 2007 Manufacturing Version. About the Company: · Small manufacturing company with approximately 10 employees. · We use a work order system to track widgets being made. · We use labor tickets to track labor to work orders. · Our inventory includes Finished Goods, Work in Process, and Component inventory. What we need help doing: · We have put in beginning balances on A/R and A/P these need to be checked to see if they have been set up correctly. · Payroll has been set up, this also need to be checked. · Chart of Accounts needs to be set up and flow properly. · We need to have our inventory system set up. Including how our work orders, labor and outside costs work with in the system. We have entered one class of inventory items to work with, we need a template to enter the additional classes. We can set-up the computer from our end to be able to access it remotely. There would initially be a couple of phone consultations to determine the scope of the project and some phone consultation near the end of the project to work out any last minute items. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Peachtree Accounting 2007
