DLL file Modification

I using Sitekiosk v5.0 ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) internet kiosk software with Windows XP and Microcoin QL5 Coin Mech with TL4 PCI Card connected to comm port. The current DLL file (C:\Program Files\Sitekiosk\[login to view URL]) is not working and can not detect the Microcoin Coin Mech or the TL4 Card. I have test it with other software like netstop; netpecker or i-table and it work find. I have request for modification but it seems will take more than a month. I already get a new DLL file from TL4 manufacturer with testing software, I have test it and it work fine as well. I need someone who can make a modification to the [login to view URL] for me. You have to download the Sitekiosk software and I attached the new [login to view URL] with the test software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP or Windows 98 with IE 6
