Design for new website (Experts Only)

We are currently seeking a gorgeous Design for a website project we are working on. **We ONLY need you to come up with the design - We will take care of slicing the design and converting it into css/html. Please take this into consideration when placing your bids, we need the picture/concept only**. A logo will be provided which should give you a starting point to work from. This site is being developed for a content management system. Items such as the menu will be dynamically generated so it must look good, and still be regular text that a browser can render. Search engine optimization is also important so again, wherever possible we want to stay with browser supported fonts. We do ask that ONLY applicants in the US or Canada apply. We do prefer someone on Pacific time. We are a very experienced team and do have high expectations. Preference will definitely be given to users with a great portfolio. We expect someone to work quickly, be responsive to our feedback, and deliver a great design. We ask that you be willing to provide 3 initial designs for our client to choose from. From there further direction will be given on what needs changed, normally the design will go through several more revisions. We offer our client unlimited revisions to the look/feel prior to approval and ask that you do the same. For someone who does quality work this should not be a problem. Please factor this into your bids. _We are looking for someone affordable, but quality is very important to us. _ We will provide more details once a bid has been accepted. We will require the designer to sign an NDA as we do not want this site turning up in other people's portfolios. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional design in PSD format with all neccesary fonts, and any original artwork included. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop file only.
