Create Simple Google Gadget

I need a simple program that allows me to create Google Gadgets. If you're not familiar with Google Gadgets, they're explained here: <a href="[login to view URL]" target=_blank">Gadgets Explained</a> The Gadgets creator will allow me to create simple Gadgets which publish one daily piece of information a day to users. Here is a sample Gadget which would be created: <a href="[login to view URL]" target="_blank">Sample Gadget</a> The Gadget creator would be a desktop application which allows me to create the Gadgets by inputting information into a template since all Gadgets would be about the same with different information for each Gadget. The final Gadgets should be in a format suitable for submission and inclusion in Google Gadget database. ## Deliverables Desktop software will have branding for my company with a link in the software to my website and copyright information. I will provide the link and images for the header in the software. There will be ongoing feature additions for the software writer. These additions will be posted in a different work project.
