Wordpress Site - Turn PSD into site and add Functionality

WORDPRESS EXPERT REQUIRED!!!! We have a completed design (PSD files) for a website and require the site design to be built using Wordpress. The site will have at it's heart an event management system allowing us to add and amend events. There will be no event booking done via the site. This is all taken care of by the theatres running the shows so the "Book Event" button on each event will just open in a new window to that theatres site for the specific event. The CMS will need to have an area where artists and venues can be added and events will then be created and we can select from a dropdown or similar which artists are at the event and the venue. If there is a module already available for event or listings of this kind in Wordpress please let us know which so we can look at it. Attached is a PDF showing the various pages of the site and also a specification outlining what is required on each page and via the admin area to manage the site. It's a pretty straight forward job but the CMS needs to be created in a very user friendly way to allow the artists, venue and events to be entered and managed easily. IMPORTANT: This needs to be completed on a short deadline. Site needs to be finished within 10 working days (2 weeks) of start. If this is not possible please state this in your bid.
