271868 Wordpress and New Site Design

I need someone to manually install the latest secure version of wordpress on to my site. I need for you to set up static, seo friendly URLs I need for you to automatically display the most recent posts on my domain's homepage, even though the blog will be located in a /blog/ folder I need for you to also create a new web design for our site. This new design should be used in the blog, but I also need for you to send me a blank template page that I can use for the non blog pages. We also need a new logo that goes with the new template design that can be used in the blog and the regular site.
