Webmaster Required

I need a webmaster for my website. I am offering $200 USD . Your duties will include: working on 1-4 websites (primarily just 1 - others will come online soon. All with the SAME product you must be available to work 35-40 hours per week. You must have PERFECT ENGLISH. YOUR SKILLS: Expert in Joomla. CURRENT UP-TO-DATE SEO SKILLS -(if you learnt you skills 5 years ago and have not updated your skills to accomodate for google Slap, Google Caffiene, Google Farmer etc updates - do NOT apply) You need to have a FULL understanding of the current ADWORDS updates and how to use the new system. ALL Facets of SEO and SEM (this includes: keyword analysis, tweaking pages, split-testing, content editing/rewriting, spinning articles with 100% perfection, comprehensive analytics analysis, creating interlinks, gaining authority backlinks, creating link-wheels, etc etc etc etc) Google Webmaster Tools Fixing speed/loading errors. YOUR JOB will be to IMPLEMENT MARKETING STRATEGIES that i want to use on my websites. YOUR JOB IS TO MASSIVELY INCREASE SALES and DOMINATE SERP's. - i want someone who is experienced and excellent at what they do. someone who is willing to study how to do new things, and someone who will not do anything stupid such as link farms, spam etc etc etc. you need to provide PROOF of your experience, be willing to log all your time WITH camera so i can see that you are actually sitting at your computer the whole time you are logged on to the account. please tell me WHY i should hire you. anyone who replies with a generic cut-n-paste advertisement about their indian seo-company WILL BE IGNORED.
