Simple IT company website with blog

We are a web hosting and internet marketing firm and planning to start an IT support and corporate network solution website, sinonetwork dot net. The general colors should be green and white (just like our web hosting site [login to view URL] dot net). What we need is a professional looking with the following: -One logo based on sinonetwork (or using our main logo "sinovantage" that you can find from [login to view URL]) -A top banner that can be a gif file or small flash -CSS+html architecture -About ten pages of static page, with our contact info available from each page. -Integrated wordpress blog (you can also recommend any other script that could allow us to post news on the site). -The site needs to be built in PHP with a signature block so that I can modify the signatures from a single file without the need to modify each page.
