Real Estate Website php/jquery/mysql

The work is for create a website (design and programming) for real estate. Consist of a first page, a page with information of property for sale, a search results page and contact page. Should be done in PHP, and use jquery and use a mysql DDBB. We will provide the connection info for mysql. On the first page, there are a search engine that works with jquery: when any field is changed on the form, it’s update a frame with thumb results. The design will be near the sample attached.
