Property rental sites

I am not very good at using the exact tech terms but I will try my best to describe what I need in detailed non-tech terms. If you have additional questions please PM me. I am not too picky when it comes to what program the site is built in. I just need the site to be user friendly as many property owners will need to use this site. 1) I need a site built similar to b o o k i t dot com. - I need for viewers to be able to book properties just as they would on this site. - I need to be able to accept credit cards as well as paypal. - To simplify things my site will only be for property rental. I will NOT need plane flights and car rentals on the site. Just property rental. 2) In addition to the functionality/ecommerce used on b o o k i t dot com I need property owners to be able "join the site" and create a page for their property/condo as seen on v r b o dot com. - Property owners need to be able to list their property for rent on my site and have the ability to list all the detailed information about their property. (please view several v r b o . com property listings to understand what I am referring to.) property owners will also need to be able to update an interactive calendar on their property's page. Payment. Once you are hired I will make 3 milestone payments. 1 when we start and 2 more a mutually agreed on milestones throughout the project. If this is not ok please do not bid.
