Pligg 2.0 Proyect (Redesign theme and other)

I am looking for someone to design a custom Pligg 2.0 template. You must have access to Pligg 2.0 and have experience designing/making Pligg 2.0 templates. I have the Pagikss theme and I require the following: - Convert the template in multilingual. To detect the user and to translate only the theme never post added. - Integrate blog wordpress with the same theme. (desing) - Change the color and typography. Change header - Change the design. For example, make the width of the news more big and that the width of the categories and the width is smaller - Integrate a code on the right side to integrate a hashtag on twitter and a facebook. - Integrate three module of pligg version 1. (Redesing) If you have any questions, please ask them before bidding. I am interested in a fixed price budget including working hours. Spanish speaking is valued, but not required. Thanks
