Admin ( cms) admin can add users that are allowed to upload images, set if personal upload, proffessional or both. admin can add and delete images of all users when quality is not good enough. Admin can add options for image that show in pull down. Like i can add for personal use. ( website, schoolwork, printing max 100 copies ) client that wants to buy can select where he want to use it for. Proff, admin can add as above excl. country rights 1-2-3 years add prize to it. ( pull down with countries, when Netherland selected for 1 year then Netherlands goes out list and at photo shows like Netherlands rights till date afther date Netherlands back in list and date ermoved.) Automatic: resolution of image and date of upload manual Add :Required author, Optional Where image is taken, subscription image, keywords. select where to place on the site. personal, proffessional, and what category / sub category The website must have a menu like Animals Buildings Nature etc Sub menu only shows when a menu is clicked. Click animals and you see horses, birds, dogs etc when select on the site show iamges, with description etc etc 2 images with description next to eachother max 20 a page ( admin can set more images in admin if he wants) See attachment for what i meen with image and details Admin can move pictures from category a to category b when a photo is in wron category admin can add menu and submenu items. Client can always login and download the images again so a history of his downloads. ( max 1 year) befor downlowd a agreement and the prize.
