OSCommerce Template Layout Modification

Since my last posting, I was able to get OSC installed and mySQL data tables populated. While my previous project posting was very elaborate, this posting is much more narrow in scope. This is what I am looking for: 1. A developer/dynamic website expert with ample experience with PHP, mySQL, and OSCommerce; 2. A developer/dynamic website expert who has successfully modified OSCommerce templates in the past (website references and points of contact to validate work is required.) 3. This individual will help me to: (a) Restructure my e-commerce portal ([login to view URL]) by moving and/or removing certain fields located in the columns to the left and right of my catalog page; (b) Modify products catalog so "computers" and "computer cases are at the top-level of my categories, followed by the remainder of my product categories; Note: The following website is similiar to how I wish my categories to span downward. If the person selected has any better ideas, I am more than willing to consider them: [login to view URL] (c) If possible, provide me "technical instruction" showing me how to modify my PHP pages independently in the future; (d) Configure my e-commerce portal to both log and display the IP address of those individuals who login to this area of my site. (e) Provide "technical instruction" on how to "disable" a user's account; (f) Provide comprehensive "technical instruction" on how to use EasyPopulate or another application (i.e., MS Excel) to modify data, then upload it to live database; (g) Write a script that can operate in an HTML environment that generates a random ten digit number. This will be used to track/ manage service/support requests; (h) Provide assistance configuring my shipping table rates, which will be based upon customer delivery preferences (i.e., "next day", "2 days"; (i) Help to confirm whether OSC will generate a detailed invoice via e-mail (both to the customer and myself) for each transaction; (j) Create a PHP script that generates discount coupon (with a random number) for those who provide referrals who actually buy something from my online store. Those who are referred to my online store would also receive a discount; (k) Configure my shopping cart to automatically re-direct customers back to the "index" page of my online store once they have completed their transaction. Preference: I would prefer to work with someone who lived in the U.S.A (in order to provide the best scenario for communication and mitigating project creep, who can assure me the utmost in quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
