New Corporate Website

I require a new company website that has a classic, corporate, high tech look that will be SEO for all major search engines (Google, yahoo ect.) The background will be light grey with a fade. I have attached a sample of the home page for your reference. I need to be able to edit the website by login under a admin user name to modify the text and add new product pages. I will start with 15-20 product pages and add up to 200 pages as I launch new products. I will add in the text myself I need only the 5 page template - (Home, about us, careers, contact us and the product page. Keywords will needed to be added in the website coding and the site must be SEO and can be found on Google and other major search engines. Style and font would be similar to [login to view URL] and I have attached a sample of the required home page. All other pages will have the same style as the home page. The requirements/template for the product page will be sent after the project is awarded. The first milestone payment will only be sent after the home page and product page has been sent to me and approved. Please provide me with price, delivery time and a breakdown of the project schedule. I will also require a list of questions that you will need answered by me so I understand your needs and requirements to complete the project. PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE MADE ONCE THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETE AND APPROVED BY MYSELF. See attached file for your ference. Recommendations for the layout and design would be helpful.
