Job is To create a website that outside freelancers can use to do milestone payments with recipients from worldwide this website will make both parties feel secure > each person> owner/recipient/or seller will have to register and be a member of website to access or receive information each person will have their own personal profile page. basic member login, all personal information > name, addresss, city, country, age, ssi, and must upload a photo id, and a bill stating current address, phone number, secondary number, where they work, the member will be able to deposit money into their own account on our milestone payment website as much as they would like. the owner/buyer - and recipient/seller will then one on left one on right and milestone payment in middle from to > will describe amount > will describe job> will describe deadline> person creating milestone payment will enter all information> each side will esign agreement forms that pop up > and check a box at end stating they read user and terms agreement> then the seller has created a milestone payment and the money is held untill project is complete> each side will have a milestone bucket folder > where any work done must be uploaded here > and will automatically save for proof of any fraud > to use this site the seller must pay $5.00>each milestone and once the person releases milestone we charge $5.00 from them also and automatically take it out of the amount of each milestone. Once projects are completed each side gets to rate other side and review/ leave a comment. this website will be like a personal bank account used to create milestones but not for shopping or anything else just strictly to setup milestone payments and release them. this website must be designed and created and uploaded to server , you must send back up file of work , and create a nice logo. please bid only if you can do this thank you
