we run a site called [login to view URL] and we need the following upgrades as per attached PDF. PLEASE NOTE: You must read the entire pdf as we don't want to hear that you didn't read something. you WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM EVERYTHING IN PDF UNLESS WE CHOOSE TO REMOVE SOMETHING. we had past experince with websalvia as gthey didn't read and 20% wasn't perform and site was trash. We will not place anymilestone on this project until 50% complete. no exceptions, if this is not good, don't except so when you bid, if i see anything other than zero for milestone, we will just hide your bid. If your a beginner programmer, don't bid as we will not pay for learn while you program
