Modify classipress theme code to my requirement

(Before you bid please ensure you can complete this task i only want people who are capable and maybe some proof of past work would be a great advantage) I need an expert in coding wordpress i have some features i need placed into my wordpress theme classipress, featured ads bar to be placed into every category page so that the paid ads are getting there moneys worth, time limit to these ads so if someone pays for an ad for 24hours it will not show unless the ads is then paid or was paid for longer, and also some setup of the site so it is good and functional.
