I need a "professional looking" membership wesbite, which will host study materials for a particular IT exam. These study materails will be in the form of: 1. A document which can be read online 2. Downloadable attachaments 3. Audio files - streaming only. Will be played online 4. Video files which will be played online (streaming) Audio and video file will not be downloaded. Members will have access to these resources after making a payment. Membership will recur every 3 months Payment method will be Paypal. Importantly, the designer MUST make sure that the site has a professional look (If you cannnot design professionally, then please do not bid) There will be an admin area where the administrator can: [login to view URL] contents: Uploading, editing, deleting contents [login to view URL] members like adding or deleting users [login to view URL] payments: adjusting payment amount and frequencies etc. Your constructive suggestions will be taken positively when deciding the final winner of the project.
