Joomla k2 website

I currently have a website [login to view URL] and I am trying add more features to it before it launches. It is a joomla site using k2 to contain all its items. I currently have 21,000 likes on facebook for my 4 pages that I run an am looking to make this website into the next big anonymous social network. I launched a beta of this page and got over 7,500 page views in a couple of hours! I closed the beta to add the critical features needed before the relaunching. I am looking to team up with an individual website developer that is interested in partnering up. Compensation for this project will be in the form of a shareholder of the company. The features I needed added to the page before it can launch is A like/dislike/comment system (which allows anonymous and facebook comments) A search bar that will search specific k2 categories Animation added to the current filter system Make the boxes in the confession pages adjust size according to the confession length. Increase the input box to 1000 words and do "introtext titles" Reporting system for people to flag posts where if a post is flagged 3 times it is auto-unpublished A dynamic autoloader that loads more k2 items as the person scrolls to the bottom of the page (similar to FB) Adjust the timestamp to be like [login to view URL] timestamps After these functions are added to the website will be ready for launch!
