542150 issues for wordpress site 2

1. I need to fix the pagination on the site. I want to show 50 comments per page. Then it should have pagination like < 1 2 3 > so that the user can easily navigate the pages 2. two things for comments I need to add an email field to the comments popup with a check box so that users can get emails about replies to their comment on the site. Then, I need to give people the ability to reply to commments..just basic threaded comments to display below a comment and that can be collapsed. 3. one last thing to check.. the site seems to load a bit slow (maybe because of the plugs..not sure.. but would love to troubleshoot it to see if we can speed it up the url is here [login to view URL]
