Responsibilities: - Generating new business thru extensive cold calling, email marketing, networking, and internet marketing - Following-up with leads as necessary to make the sale - Generating qualified pipeline for new business - Full reporting of qualified pipeline to management - Managing full sales process from lead generation to making the sale - Closing new accounts rapidly - Meeting individual sales targets - Client relationship maintenance and development Qualifications: - 1+ years of prior business development and sale experience in software outsourcing industry targeting clients in Europe and/or USA - Experienced with various sales lead generation methods and sales pipeline management - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must be internet savvy with knowledge of current web and mobile technologies and tools - Comfortable in selling at all level in organization hierarchy - Must be able to understand client requirements, document it, and communicate it properly to the management - Ability to manage complex sales processes - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other general computer applications - Must be a motivated, personable, persistent, creative, self-starter, organized, and self-managed individual - Must be able to work independently and in a small team environment - Excellent work ethics and people skills - Aptitude and mindset for sales Pluses: - Experience with full sales cycle (from lead generation to contract execution) - Email marketing experience - Internet marketing, social media marketing, blogging and content writing experience - Having an existing professional network Potions : Business consultant - Account manager IT target based without target based thanks cyrus
