Our site is experiencing issues from what looks like heavy traffic reasons. I need someone to review the error messages (that I will give to you via PM),I then need you to give me a quick brief report (via PM) telling me if these messages are due to the website and content not being optimised or due to the server we are currently hosted on (or both). Then provide me with a quote on what needs to be fixed up and how much this will cost and how long it will take. I will reward the contract to whoever can give me the clearest report of the issue, and whoever has the best communications during this process. Please PM me for screen shots and additional information.
