Cleaning Company Website UK

I am currently setting up a new company and would like a professional website set up. The business is a Nude Cleaning Company. The website is approx 7 pages including two pages of forms that can have attachments added to them. All forms on the site will be emailed and not stored in a database. I should have the ability to add new pages as and when i need to and carry out editing in Dreamweaver 8. All text on the site should be editable. The site needs to have a fresh and innovative design and look with some flash design included possibly in the header and navigation. A logo should be created to go with site and also be able to be used on stationery. Alternatively you can re-edit out current logo to give it a fresh look. The Pages for the site are as follows 1 - Home 2 - About 3 - Services 4 - Team 5 - Bookings 6 - Contact 7 - Application Form (including the ability to attach 3 files) 8 - Blank Page (this is the page i can use to add new pages that are link to from other pages) I am looking for bids between $40 - $100 as our budget is very tight. If your price is over this please do not submit a bid. Bidders should also be able to complete the site in 3 days maximum. Samples of your previous work will be required.
