A business directory / coupon site together

I am looking to get a website like [login to view URL] . but it will not be limited to restaurant. it will have all the business categories and then when someone clicks on a particular business, it will show hours of operation, list of their services , menu in case of restaurants, and then list of available coupons for that particular business that the buyer will be able to buy. users need to be able to register to the site. they should be able to see their previous buying history. the site will be a combination of a busines directory and daily deal site. we should be able to create different cities, list businesses , their services , timings, available coupons. those all coupons also need to be shown in a different deal page . user should be able to share the coupons on social media , earn rewards for that, which they can use to make purchases on other deals. An affiliate program where affiliates can obtain rss / xml feed from our site and then we be able to track if the deal was made through them or not. i have almost stated all the details about the project
