Building Adult Dating Site

The requirement is to produce some code to allow signup, searching, view profile, messages, poke and favourites for an online dating / people searching site. We require a dating site to be built which would use the following technologies: MySQL Database driven Smarty Templates for HTML or equivilent PHP coding It should have the following functionality: Ability to show people using Map technology e.g. google maps which are within a certain distance range. Using postcode and a selectable distance. Each person showing on the map should be clickable to read their profile. Search on distance from Entered postcode on profiles and by searcher. Image resizing and adjustment, so people can upload images and resize them after uploading. Instant message, so a user can send a message to another user. Last login timestamp for searching. All Development must be carried out on our server. Staged payments are acceptable, A more detailed spec must be agreed between the developer and us. Stages: 1. Produce Smarty Templates in HTML 2. Produce PHP / Database 3. Testing We wish to work long term with the winner of this project. Must be happy to chat on SkyPe or some other instant message...
