an interactive car pool site? for tasmania australia. requires membership log in, fee payment (althought the first 500 will be free); unregistered net surfers can view offered rides, or people looking, however they can't see info on member; or their contact unless registered and logged in member. members should be able to log in and update details (i.e if they change their car registration, photograph or small blurb about themselves). Site should easily be able to monitor member blurb for language and appropriateness and be monitored by person based in tasmania. ## Deliverables Hoping to get this site up and running by mid march!! It will be monitored by shanti nomadic in Tasmania, Australia...and we'd like something that we can add text and uploads to easily from here also (without having to consult experts too often, if at all).
