Word 2K3 Index-Generating Macro

I need a Word 2003 macro that performs the following. Using a .txt wordlist file as input (sample provided), it should scan the current document for each instance of each word/phrase in the list, then generate an index formatted exactly as the included sample. NOTES: - Terms seperated by a comma should be counted as the same word. Use the first version of the term as the index entry. (So, if the wordlist contains the item, "Adrenal gland,adrenal glands", the index entry should read "Adrenal gland", and should include all pages on which "adrenal gland" AND "adrenal glands" are found.) - Some versions of terms are acronyms that form common words. What I recommend doing here is, if the term consists of more than one capital letter, require the search to match case (so it will differentiate between, say, "AIDS" and "aids", or "ARMs" and "arms"). It should not match case on terms that are not acronyms. - The index may be generated at the end of the current document (following a next-page section break), or in a new document, but it must match the formatting of the included sample. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
