A web based event scheduler for a set of meeting/ballrooms.

We are seeking an Application developer to develop a system based on MySQL and run in PHP. We require that a set of web pages be developed to do the following. 1) To configure the number of and names of the meeting rooms. Along with some other record details like "floor number" "description" etc. 2) A page that is used to schedule the events in the rooms. With space to enter the company/person who's hosting the event. The title of the event. And a possible itinerary. How long this event will last. And a date range. With the ability to add multiple rooms to one event. In the case that a customer wants to book a set of 3 rooms for example. 3) A web page to display the event. This is be used on a pc to display the information on screen. Each room will have a web page created. That dynamically refreshes the data displayed. It will have to be that it can also be styled with colour themes and logos. More can be discussed about this design side of the project. A database has been created within MYSQL already so this can be picked up upon and tweaked. So that this project really only will require the web PHP side to be worked on. We currently already have this solution running as a .NET client running on machines that display room details. And SQL2005 server with the DB. And .NET application that is used to enter events, and also to configure other system options like, event screen themes. Screen dumps of the current system.
