Invoicing/Billing system

We are looking for someone to build a system for us that can generate itemized invoices, so that we can properly bill our clients. We bill our clients based on a few different models. The models that we (currently) use are: * Percentage of revenue generated by our system for the client * Fee per account loaded on our system. The fee can vary as more accounts are loaded (ie for the first 5000 account you pay $.015 per account, for the next 5000 $.12 per account) Our accounting department needs someone to build a system, that can pull the necessary information from our system, and create an itemized invoice based on that information, and on the prizing model that is used for the specific client that the invoice is generated for. The system that we are looking for, will allow us to specify and save specific queries that pull the necessary information. And will allow us to setup new clients and specify which prizing model to use for that client (and at what prize point(s)) ## Deliverables This project is a larger sized project and can be difficult for you to estimate acccurately. This system will be running next to our system, and must be written in PHP 4 using a MySQL database. What we are hoping to get is a system where we can create (and modify and save) fee types that we are using for prizing our system. When we sign on a new client, we will setup that client, select the fee type that the client will be billed on, and define the exact fee that was agreed on with the client (percentage, or amount).
