Website Updates--Sql, PHP

I am looking to make some updates to my website as the coder who coded it on RAC had offered me six months of support, but will not respond to any of my correspondence. The website is [[login to view URL]][1]. Add the feature so that a cookie(??) is attached to the persons computer when a pic comes up so that they can't vote on that multiple times. Some settings are not kept when I click on edit profile. There are times when a user tries to upload a picture but it does not upload. User is not notifed of this When I edit [login to view URL] file to input a google ad, I click on the search button and the screen doesn't come up. The footer ad will show up on other pages but has a problem on the search and then it acts like the html file is not there. However, if I take out my changes out, the search page opens fine. I tried to add a google ad to the middle right side of the screen, but it is like it is being hidden behind the table?? Any ideas?? I created a subdomain that I want to utilize as a mobile friendly version of my site. Also, it looks like when a person deletes their current picture and uploads a new picture their rating is reset. I do not want this to reset on a new picture. Along the same lines, there is no naming convention to the pictures in the database when users upload them. If there is a picture that I have a problem with and need to find it in the database, I have to click on every single picture until I find the right one. Is there a way to change the name of the file when it uploads to the users usersname? Also, when you become a member and log in, you can see how many people have hotlisted you. I would like to add the ability for a user to see who has hotlisted them, but it is only available to subscribers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
