i need a platform where i can put it on the cloud the information. the system must be divided in 2 ends and integrated as a 1 complete solution: 1) Suppliers 2) Customers 1) suppliers: SRM system (with all the SRM functions plus below): a- we should have the option to add different suppliers and inside each supplier to see all the information about them and the material provided to us (marketing , technical , authorizations, agreements, quotations received by them, invoices, pictures, credentials, etcetera) b- to see all the products or solutions and prices in local currency (euro, dollar, Israeli shekel, pound) b- to have the option to tag with different names or "tags" every product or solution c- if I search by tags I will find several suppliers with the same product d- recognition of supplier product / system/ solution with the other End (customer) for example: supplier equipment is called X but I called it for our customers F, so the system must allow me to make a linkage between those systems and tell me that F is actually X (in the back system) 2- CRM (with all regular functions + below): a- option to mark up (in percentage % or by number) any product from the list of the suppliers b- option to add (out of the mark up) another markup in % or number related to a specific customer a middleman (for example: if my price of X product is 100 USD and I mark up 10% so the price for customers should be 110 usd but one of my customers resells it to someone else and I should add in that specific deal a fixed 8% for him so the price should jump to 8% of 110 usd = 118.8 usd that will be the final price on the invoice or the quotation, but only I can see in the back system all this information. c- in addition I can make that everything for an X partner always he will receive 8% as default or change per special deals also. to have all the marketing, technical material and I can relate it to X supplier company and see it easily on the system. d- to have the options of brochures, documents and material in different languages e- automatization: 1- a process mark list for example: if a system is controlled by the ministry of defense so I will have an alert If I want to send information that is controlled without marketing authorization. 2- every new partner/customer I have to follow a check list for new customers , material to send, export. 3- I want a kind of drag and drop to send materials, quotations ,etc. 4- leads 5- projects 6- calculator in the platform 7- multichannel (laptop, cellular, tablet)
