print photos on Canon IP100 from Windows 8 Write some installable Software (exe)

I need an installable app (exe) which will do at least the following: * I take photo with Samsung Galaxy Camera or WiFi Camera or Camera with Eye-Fi card (I will have this devices and I arrange that the photos are uploaded to the windows machine in a specified folder) * Photo is uploaded to my machine by Wifi (with existing app > e.g. 'Eye-Fi) * photo is shown in gallery (see also attached jpg for impression) * I want to be able to zoom and move the photo in the frame * photo is printed with 'overlay' by clicking 1 2 3 etc for the corresponding no of prints * photo must be printed on my Canon IP100 printer * optional, I want to be able to upload the picture to a FB page of my client (or save photo in a Dropbox folder) * photo must be saved incl 'overlay' in a folder * photo uploaded to FB must be saved in a separate folder * I want to be able to 'search' for a specific photo with photo number given from camera e.g. 'IMG_092813' I want to search with '092813' * there must be a 'counter' in the screen where the number of prints are reflected * there must be a 'total counter' in the back end * I must be able to print on various sizes (not being photo sizes) For example, I want to print on 105 x 72mm (this NOT a standard photo size. So there is NO setting in printer driver for this size, but I know a work around for this so don't worry about this point) * I want to 'swipe' to other pages in gallery * I want to be able to 'cancel' a print job * preferably I want my machine set up that is can only run this program at start up. All of the above must be concealed in just ONE application. There must be some kind of easy handling CMS where I can change the overlay, reset the counter and set the print size.
