Create program to search websites source code

I am looking to develop a program that will connect to a website URL and display a specified range of source code. Then save results and display any new results that are found in additional searches of the same page. I will explain entire project here, please also view 'picture' and 'numbers' for help. Details of a URL code scan: 1. The user clicks the create new tab button (4), then names the new tab (10) 2. The user inputs a URL to search (11) 3. User specifies where to start code search (5), then end code search (6) 4. User clicks Start search button (1).. Search begins Search details: 1. The program connects to the website URL and downloads all the source code of the page to a 'temporary' ([login to view URL]) text file. 2. If more than one URL exists (11), continue adding the source code to the temp file 3. After the search has finished and copied all the source code from the URLs to the [login to view URL] file, search for parts of the code specified from the 'Start'(5) to 'End'(6) 4. Program checks to see if a [login to view URL] file already exists 4a. If a [login to view URL] file does not exist, program creates one in proper directory. Then copies all results to [login to view URL] file. Then display all results in 'Results' tab (13) 4b. If [login to view URL] file does exist, compare results of [login to view URL] file to existing [login to view URL] file. **EXAMPLE 1**: [login to view URL] -> [login to view URL] code comparison (Look at Results from first line [google] (15) for example) Start(5) = (google.j.qbp==1) End(6) = {[login to view URL][a] A search like this would return this string to results tab(15): ;(function(){google.sn="webhp";google.timers={};google.startTick=function(a,b) **END EXAMPLE** If string does not already exist in saved [login to view URL] file, display it in Results(15) tab. Also save it to the [login to view URL] file. Apply Filter(14) to results before displaying them. If the string already exists in the [login to view URL] file, it is discarded and not displayed. Repeat the above process for each string that matches the search. 5. When the 1st tab search is complete, go to the next tab (10). Repeat entire search every X amount of minutes specified (7). This is a very simple project and should be easy to complete. Because this project is so small there will only be one milestone and payment will be when it is complete.
