Sync my shipstation.com sales with my MySQL inventory database - repost 2

This project requires that you have very specific API management skills. Please do NOT bid on this project unless you are competent in this area of coding. I am reposting this project as the last time I posted this the programmer was not able to work with the price agreed to. Please be sure you are able to complete this project at the budget I have set, which is $700. If you bid anything higher than $700 your bid will be ignored. If you do not provide me with some reference of a project that you have completed your bid will be ignored. Requirements 1. When we confirm a shipment or mark an order shipped on [login to view URL] then our MySQL inventory database must be adjusted for the quantities of items shipped. This should be driven by SKU value. So if an order is shipped that has 3 different items in that order and 1 of each, then our inventory database must be reduced by 1 for each of those items. [login to view URL] for any reason an order is shipped and the items in the inventory database can not be found or updated for any reason, then an exception email must be sent to my email address notifying me of the failure. It could be because of an incorrect SKU or another reason. This is extremely important as I need to know if the inventory database is not updating as our stock levels will immediately become incorrect. 3. A menu option needs to be added to the current portal (it is written in cakephp and the source files are all there in the ftp folders) that I use to manage my inventory that upon selecting it will show me a log of all of the sync activity, showing products that were updated, including product name, SKU and the QTY changed from and to amount. I will use this log to reconcile the daily sync activity to make sure inventory is updating correctly. The log also needs to include any failed updates that were attempted, for example if an SKU wasn't found or whatever the cause. I need this to update the inventory manually to compensate. My inventory MUST be correct at all times. 4. Proper sandbox type testing and demonstration that the functionality is working, before it is turned on life. You need to test MySQL for the testing and pre-live demo and provide me a demo for me to test and view before it goes live. 5. Testing and ongoing support of the connection. I need to be very satisfied that the inventory sync is running perfect before switch to live as my live inventory must reflect my stock on hand, otherwise I will be in a mess and not know what to purchase or what I have without doing a major count of everything, and we have an inventory of about 3,200 different items. If you use a cron to execute the sync it needs to be at least every 10 minutes and it must not kill the performance of my server. I am willing to set up a $250 milestone. I do not use Skype. If you ask me if I use Skype I will know you have not read the project. I can work with you using email and or this website messaging. If course email is quicker. You need to give me a task list before you begin work, with a completion time line, so that I can understand that you fully plan to cover the work needed.
