Cummunication Portal

This is going to be a File and Communication Portal for a company. We need to address all the issues below. If you do a good job we will have a lot of future work for you. Once a programmer has been chosen we will need to communicate more and work out some bugs. This is URGENT and needs to be started on ASAP. Once the scripting is done My Company will have to customize the look and feel of the site. We will work on this as a collaborative team. 1. Registration with admin acceptance/confirmation. We do not want everyone to gain access to this site. The admin needs to receive an email stating the name of the user and other details. The admin needs to be able to either click a link to activate the user or login to the admin area and activate them. 2. Admin Area We need to be able to delete users 3. Transfer large files There cannot be any size limitations or file limitations. When the file is uploading there needs to be a progress bar. 4. Must login to send files. 5. Multiple recipients 6. Confirmation for file uploads Sends email to the file sender confirming the file has been uploaded and sent. 7. Sends a link to recipient like [login to view URL] but more secure. [login to view URL] sends a link to the recipient from which anyone can download the file. I would like the script to create a custom password and then ad the password to the link that is sent to ALL recipients such as [login to view URL]$2G432S 8. User directory but also accepts non registered email You need to be able to search the directory by First/Last name for the recipient you would like to send the file to. But if they are not registered you need to be able to type in a non registered users email. 9. When a user sends a file there needs to be an option for file deletion. The file will be deleted after (make selection) 1 Day, 3 Days, 7 Days, 1 Month, Never. If the user chooses Never they must be able to delete the file manually when ever they see fit. Thank you!
