Install wordpress theme like demo site

I need someone to install wordpress theme I no need to make customize, just make like on demo site only. But I need you to change text logo with mine, also maybe any footer backlink, you need to change with mine too. you can take dummy content from demo. Please make the site fully operated, like as my portfolio because the theme will use as my showcase. I will install wordpress software on my sub folder, upload the theme and you ready to setup like demo site. Everything provided by me, so you just need to setup like demo site only. I need to have around 30 demo theme there. Some theme is premium, and other is free theme only, But I can't give the list today, I will post theme list soon. Kindly you would to give your bid.
