Upgrade UPS Integration Web Service from .net 1.1 to 3.5

This needs to be completed immediately. I need to integrate it into their systems by tomorrow afternoon. The process is a UPS integration process. Basically, there is a web service (in .net 1.1 attached) that will need to upconverted to [vb.net][1] 2.0 or 3.5 (your choice; I prefer 3.5). And, also, a slight modification to the process. Currently, there are two projects: 1. console app, 2. webservice. The console app calls the webservice (with order information) for "ups label" information and then relies on the console application to download and save the label file. The change will be that the console application passes the full path of the destination and order information; the webservice will save out the label file itself and pass back only confirmation of saving and any error messages. You should can modify the two XML objects (request) and (response). The (request) will go TO the webservice will all necessary information and the (response) will only contain the confirmation; currently the (response) has the binary information for the label files as well.
