Iphone App - Create and Upload Html Files

An Iphone App Which: 1.? Has a simple UI 2.? Users create a unique login and password 3.? Once they do this they can press a button which will take information from their iphone (more details provided to winning bidder) and paste it into an html file 4.? This file would then be automatically uploaded to my webserver ie. [[login to view URL]][1] 5.? They will then be provided with a link that they can use to see the info on this page and share with others 6.? They would need to be able to run the app again and overwrite their previous html file 7.? The automatically generated html files would be based on a template ie. they would all have the same heading, link to the same css. (I can create this template) Please only bid if you are confident you can implement all of the above.
