Overview:? A real estate lead generation website needs a? "round-robin" system to distribute leads amongst a roster of? real estate agents. Details: Upon clicking on the "Submit" button on an internet form, the system will automatically send a notification email to? one agent on a roster of approximately 100 email addresses.? The email notification will inform the agent that there is a lead awaiting them if they click on the link in the notification email. The link in the notification email will be set to expire after a pre-determined time.? If the agent clicks on the link before it expires they will be emailed the contact information from the submission form.? If the link expires, the system will automatically? send a new notification email to the next agent on the roster.? The process will continue until an agent clicks on the link before expiration. The system will remember the last agent who clicked on an active lead link before expiration and will send a notification to the next agent on the roster for each subsequent submission.
