WordPress Template urgent project

I am looking for someone to design a wordpress template that is similar to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] / tastespotting.com. This like the sites mentioned will be a community site. Therefore, I need individuals to be able to create accounts. Once they register, they should be able to submit their items similar to that of foodgawker and tastespotting {seamless and easy}. I will also require an easy way for my team to receive these photo submissions and approve them before they are posted to the site. I also would like an area where I can feature a submission {similar to what can be found in this template except not as big - [login to view URL]}. This feature section should have a different background color {it would be nice if it allows us to choose the background color for the feature section. I want all submissions to have a button where viewers can like or save to their account {like [login to view URL]} In addition, I want when users click on the submissions that they be taken to the submitters website. One key difference that I would like to see, is an addition that will allow me to post quotes, ads and videos that will appear randomly on the homepage amongst the posted submissions. Admin should be the only ones who can post quotes and videos and ads of course. Users/Registrants should only be allowed to submit images {see [login to view URL]} Submission description should not go beyond 140 characters. I also would like website visitors to be able to share the images on our site on popular social networks like pinterest, facebook, twitter.
