71837 Simple real estate site

Need an updated clone of [login to view URL] - similar site, just want something much better looking, more user friendly, and done in dreamweaver, with the backend in PHP. (Unless you can suggest something better) I want registered users to be able to login and post pictures and information regarding their rentals. Also I want to be able to search the rentals by area (just name, no zipcode coding or anything) and be able to list all the rentals. Its fairly simple, just not comfortable with the backend to do it myself. I have hosting, as well as domain. Would need the project done in about a month... starting the end of April.
