Need some web design and Perl scripts installed

Hello, I need a new front page for [login to view URL], I would like to make that site just part of a newer site I am in the process of making, I would like to make a new front page (with or without a new logo depends, on if the coder wants to done, it does not have to be fancy or anything) that would have links to the current castle brake site, plus I need some Perl scripts installed, one I would like installed can be found on [login to view URL] it is called Ezhomepage or a similar script (there are some other scripts on that site which look interesting, that I might want to use, but we'll se for now(I would need the script to have a place for advertising), it is a web page script, I would also like that to be linked to the new front page., I am also looking for a forums script maybe like Yabb or something similar to that., the current site is written using Perl with templates, I could probably handle this job but I figure I will bid it out.
