Hi, we need an expert forum for our website. I want that a User can ask a question which is published on our website. (Nice Box design) Other users can answers these questions, the answers of the questions are shown direct under the questions. All visitors can vote an answer as "best answer", and the "best answer" with the most votes are shown direct under the question. Because we have thousands of questions, we need to have something like a filter where user can search for the question/answers. The last 3 - 5 questions must be displayed on a other section of our website as preview. We also have to make sure that user do not ask the same question more than one or two times. If the question is already available we need to link him to that question. We need a admin function, with delete a question or answer close the expert forum because the question is answered already. Admin must be marked as admin. User need to register and login, just make it simple, with a user image, name and email for login, thats it. We deliver the design, you the software, including database, all code, as ajax and html 5. We need clean code, error free. You will work for an agency as subcontractor. We need it fast.
