Hi all
A freelancer knocked up a php/mysql job for me last year which has been working fine - until today.
I've recently moved to a new hosting company and had no problems until today when we tried to add some new content via the admin backend and received an error saying something about it not being compa tible with the version of sql.
The frontend of the system can be seen at [login to view URL]
Adding new episodes and images works fine but the problem occurs when trying to enter the text captions.
The error message is "Unable to query database: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 't beat a plateful of cholesterol to set you up for the day.' where epdId = '258' at line 1
I'm assuming it would be a relatibely simple fix for someone who knows what they are doing.
Also, if it is possible, I am wondering if the code could be amanded so it generates a unique url for each episode. At the moment, everything is pulled into the one php page.
Hi there,
From the information you have provided I already know what the problem is. Please allow me to do the job and I will have it fixed within a couple of hours!
Hope to hear from you soon,
Steve
