Power monitoring + portal

Current status : We have a number of data logging devices, that gather power usage on customer circuits. Data is stored in a MySQL database on the logger (x86 compatible device with an ethernet connection) and contains the channel number, the date and time of the capture moment and the number of Amps on the circuit. What needs to be done : 1. Data from all loggers needs to be imported to a central appliance/server. 2. Customers should be able to login to a portal 3. Portal should feature : a. current power consumption graph b. history graphs c. list of circuits, including pricing paid for circuits (cabling) and pricing paid for power consumption on circuits 4. Administrator interface : a. customers must be linked to any or multiple channels on different loggers b. prices can be assigned to power consumption, with several levels resulting in different prices (more consumption = lower prices) c. ability to add circuits, assign fixed costs (installation costs, monthly recurring costs) and add new loggers and attach them to these circuits 5. Each month, a report should be created which details which customer has to pay which amounts, with some details of which circuit has used how much 6. If a circuit goes above a certain number of Amps, alerts should be generated 7. Customer should be able to check his power consumption by using some kind of web URL which he uses with username and password. The returned information should contain the current load on the circuit he requests information for. This should not be an overly complex URL (not 5 times '&blabla=24545' or something) When making an offer, please state your experience in this field. Only serious offers please ! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and Belgian Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform RedHat Linux, Apache 2.x, PHP 5.x, MySQL 4.1.x
